Why do I have to buy and wear grip socks?

Our grip socks are tested for safety on our surfaces and are required for everyone on the trampolines. If you already own grip socks and they're in good shape, you're welcome to wear those instead. Socks are $3.50 at the front desk and they're reusable — bring them back every visit.

Why do I have to fill out a waiver?

Everyone entering the facility needs a signed waiver, whether you're jumping or just watching. This is standard for all trampoline parks. If you'd rather not wait in line, sign it online before you come.

Is there an age limit to jump?

If they can walk, they can jump. We have a dedicated Toddler Zone for younger kids. Children aged 2 and under get in free with one paid adult.

Do you allow outside food or drink?

Outside food is welcome — bring a cake or snacks. Outside drinks aren't permitted, but our concession sells snacks and beverages on site.

You can book online or walk in — both are welcome. For birthday parties and group events, advance booking is required.

How old do you have to be to jump without a parent?

Jumpers must be at least 12 years old to be at the facility without a responsible adult. They need to have reviewed all facility rules before jumping.

I'm just coming to watch my kids. Do I have to pay?

Spectators are free. You can hang out in the viewing area or on the mezzanine. But if you want to step onto the trampolines — even just to help a little one — you need to buy a pass.

What is your cancellation policy?

All admission sales are final. No refunds. Party and group event deposits are non-refundable, but you can reschedule and your deposit will carry over to the new date.

Monday–Thursday 11 AM – 9 PM, Friday & Saturday 10 AM – 10 PM, Sunday 10 AM – 9 PM.

Free cubbies are available for shoes, bags, and coats. Lockers are also available — just bring your own lock.

Yes. Laser tag is $10 per game and can be added to any jump pass — great for groups.

Is the park accessible for guests with disabilities or special needs?

We want every guest to feel comfortable. A caretaker accompanying a guest with special needs is admitted free (they just need grip socks). If you or your child has sensory sensitivities or other needs, let our team know before or on arrival and we'll do our best to accommodate where we can.

No — you simply pay for the jump time you want. No membership required.

Saturday afternoons are our busiest. For a quieter visit, weekday evenings are your best bet.

Can I rent the park privately or host a fundraiser?

Yes — we offer private park rentals for school groups and special events. Contact the facility and our event manager will help with options and pricing.

What birthday party packages do you offer?

Accepted Answer

Four packages — Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Neon. Each includes 10 guests, a dedicated party host, party-table time, and water, and the birthday guest gets a free slushie. Neon is a weekend evening glow party. Book online or email customerservice.wp@funparkcanada.ca.
