Do you have grip socks?

Yes — $2.90 per pair. Required for all jumpers. They're reusable, so hang on to them for future visits.

What about kids under 2?

One child under 2 jumps free with a paid adult. A second child under 2 is charged at the 5-and-under rate.

Do you have laser tag?

Yes. Laser tag is $9.99 per person per game and is available as an add-on to any jump pass.

Is there a toddler area?

We don't have a separate toddler-only zone, but our Indoor Playground / play structure is a great spot for little ones to explore at their own pace.

What about birthday parties?

We offer four packages — Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Neon — each with 10 guests, a dedicated party host, party-table time, and water. Food isn't included, but outside cake and snacks are welcome, and the birthday guest gets a free slushie. Book online, email en.events@funparkcanada.ca, or call us.

Do you have rock climbing?

The rock climbing wall is built into the Ninja Course at North Edmonton. There's no separate standalone rock climbing attraction.

Do I need a waiver?

Yes — all guests need a signed waiver. You can sign online before your visit to save time, and we can also help you complete it at the front desk.

What is your cancellation policy?

Admission is non-refundable, but you can reschedule up to 24 hours before your booking. Party and group deposits are non-refundable but can be moved to a future date.

Outside food is welcome — bring a cake or snacks. Outside drinks aren't permitted, but our concession sells snacks and beverages on site.

Is the park accessible for guests with disabilities or special needs?

We want every guest to feel comfortable. A caretaker accompanying a guest with special needs is admitted free (they just need grip socks). If you or your child has sensory sensitivities or other needs, let our team know before or on arrival and we'll do our best to accommodate where we can.

No — you simply pay for the jump time you want. No membership required.

When is the best time to visit?

Saturdays and Sundays are our busiest. For a quieter visit, weekday evenings are your best bet.

Can I rent the park privately or host a fundraiser?

Yes — we offer private park rentals for school groups and special events. Contact the facility and our event manager will help with options and pricing.
