Do I need grip socks?

Yes. Grip socks are required for anyone going on the trampolines — whether you're jumping, supervising, or walking through the trampoline area. You can buy a pair at the front desk for $3.50, or bring your own trampoline park socks if they're in good shape.

Why do I have to fill out a waiver?

Everyone entering the park needs a signed waiver — jumpers and non-jumpers. For anyone under 18, a parent or legal guardian must sign. This is standard for all trampoline parks. You can sign online before you arrive to save time.

Is there an age limit?

If they can walk, they can jump. We have a dedicated Toddler Zone for the youngest visitors, and kids aged 2 and under get in free with one paid adult.

How old do you have to be to come without a parent?

Jumpers must be at least 12 years old to be at the park without a responsible adult. They must have been read all facility rules before jumping.

What jump time options are available?

Jump passes come in 1 hour, 2 hours, or 3 hours. No half-hour passes are available. You must arrive at least 1 hour before closing to use your full pass.

Do I need to book in advance?

You can book online or walk in — both are welcome. For birthday parties and group events, advance booking is required. Party packages require a minimum of 10 guests.

Spectators are welcome to watch from the mezzanine viewing area at no charge. However, if you want to go onto the trampoline area — even just to help your kids — you'll need to buy a jump pass and wear grip socks.

Outside food is permitted. Outside drinks aren't allowed in the facility, but our concession has a wide selection of drinks (pop, juice, Gatorade, slushies) and snacks.

What's your cancellation policy?

All admission sales are final. No refunds. Party and group event deposits are non-refundable, but you can reschedule and the deposit will carry over to the new date.

Yes. The parent viewing area is on the mezzanine upstairs, overlooking the park. It's free for non-jumping parents and guardians.

Not at Grande Prairie. Our attractions include trampolines, the Dunk Zone, Dodgeball, Foam Pit, Battle Beam, Slackline, and more.

Is the park accessible for guests with disabilities or special needs?

We want every guest to feel comfortable. A caretaker accompanying a guest with special needs is admitted free (they just need grip socks). Let our team know your needs before or on arrival and we'll do our best to accommodate.

No — you simply pay for the jump time you want. No membership required.

When is the best time to visit?

Saturdays are our busiest, especially afternoons and evenings. For a quieter visit, try weekday mornings and afternoons, or weekend mornings.

Can I rent the park privately or host a fundraiser?

We can't rent the entire facility to a single group, but we host events for schools, churches, and sports groups, plus other fundraisers. Contact us and our event manager will build a package based on your group size, event type, and ages.
